a) Delivering Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Delivery Policy of the ESAFS 2022 Conference. The proof of payment shall be sent at esafs2022@gmail.com for acknowledgement and receipt will be emailed to the participants once the payment approved in our system.

All ESAFS 2022 attendees are charged following the registration fee as mentioned in the pricing structure, regardless of whether they attend the conference physically or online.

Participants who wish to join the pre-conference tour and post-conference tour must pay the fees separately and forward the receipt at esafs2022@gmail.com.

b)Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is Return and Refund Policy of the ESAFS 2022 Conference.

We do not issue refunds, once the payment is confirmed and the receipt is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any payment issues.

*Refund will only be approved in the case of a duplicate transaction.
